Ordering from Louise couldn't be easier, just follow these simple steps: Select a category from the menu and select a specific item of jewellery from the product list. Choose your product and click 'add to cart'. To add more products select 'continue shopping'. Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.

Hallmarking

Prices are kept at a sensible price so hallmarking has not always been carried out.  Louise guarantees that ALL jewellery (unless otherwise stated) is sterling (925) silver. Not all items are hallmarked due to the small size or delivery commitment but we guarantee these items are sterling silver.

Payment Options

I prefer payments by Paypal but if you prefer another method please email me at louise@louiseblake.co.uk with your request. Alternatively you could send me a cheque payable to 'Louise Blake'. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Further information for overseas customers The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

What is Paypal?

PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

How do I use Paypal?

Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is Paypal Secure?

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.

Returns

I guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to me in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene I do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Refunds

If I have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, I will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Product Information

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of my products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however I do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. I will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before I accept the order I shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Purchase of Products

When you place an order on my website I shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. I reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: * The product ordered being unavailable from stock * My inability to obtain authorisation of payment * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order I shall contact you.
